This contempt petition is filed alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 21.12.2018 made in W.P.No.30181 of 2018.

2.It is represented that as against the order dated 21.12.2018 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30181 of 2018, the State preferred appeal and the Division Bench of this Court has granted an order of interim stay on 18.09.2019. 3.In view of the above, this Contempt Petition is closed.
