(Order of the Court was made by S.Manikumar,J) Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent, to pass orders, on the petition, filed on 3/5/2017, under Section 14 (1) of the SARFAESI Act.
2. On instructions, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate submitted that the subject property falls within the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
jurisdiction of Kumbakonam District. But application has been filed before the District Magistrate, Tiruvallur District. According to him, application filed before the said authority is not maintainable.
3. Mr.M.Ajmal Azzath, learned counsel for the petitioner is not pressing the prayer sought for in the instant writ petition.
4. Placing on record the above, writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
