This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register an FIR against the named accused persons on the basis of the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 09.06.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the allegation that the sale agreement dated 04.07.1999 is a forged document, the District Crime Branch, Namakkal registered a case in Crime No.23 of 2011 on 16.07.2011 under Section 294[b], 341, 447, 420, 468, 471 and 506[i] IPC.
