ORDER

It is seen from the affidavit filed in support of the petition, Panakaran under whom the petitioners are claiming right died on 15.02.2024, subsequent to filing of Second Appeal. As per averment in the affidavit, he died on 15.02.2024 and the Second Appeal was filed on 23.12.2020. Therefore, the petition filed to accept the cause title is not maintainable. Hence, the present Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed. If at all it is for the petitioners to file appropriate application to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased.
