The limited prayer sought for in the present revision is for a direction to the learned Principal Sub Judge, Tambaram to dispose of the divorce petition in H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2017 filed by the respondent

herein expeditiously.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the divorce has already been granted to the petitioner and respondent by U.S.A. Court and that the parties are bound by that. In my view, the applicability of the divorce granted by U.S.A Court can be decided by the learned Subordinate Judge, Tambaram. Nevertheless, in view of the limited prayer sought for, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Tamabaram to dispose of the H.M.O.P.No.40 of 2017 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is Ordered. No costs.
