When this Court was not inclined to entertain this writ petition on the ground that the petitioner has no locus standi and the temple is already administered by a fit person appointed by the Assistant Commissioner under Section 49(1) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought for the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition.
