This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioners to condone the delay of 332 days in filing the above writ appeal.

Heard Mr.M.Venkateswaran, learned Special Government Pleader for the petitioners. Despite service of notice on the respondent and his name having been printed in the cause-list, there is no representation on behalf of him.

Satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the miscellaneous petition, the delay of 332 days in filing the appeal is condoned.

The civil miscellaneous petition is ordered accordingly.

The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
