2. The Director of Employment Chepauk, Chennai
3. The District Employment Officer Office of the District Employment Officer Dharmapuri Taluk, Dharmapuri District Tamil Nadu ... Respondents in both the Writ Petitions Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the petitioners' representation dated 24.04.2017 duly addressed to the respondents herein and thus send an interview letter to the petitioners, as and when vacancy arises for any post suitable to the qualification of the petitioners.

ORDER
The petitioners are said to have registered their names in the District Employment Office, Krishnagiri with X standard fail qualification. Owing to bifurcation of Dharmapuri District into two districts, namely, Dharmapuri and Krishnagiri, the registration of the petitioners stood transferred to the District Employment Office at Dharmapuri and they have also renewed their registration periodically in the said office. Finally the registration was done in the month of June 2015 in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
respect of the petitioner in W.P.No.13903 of 2017 and in the month of June 2016 in respect of the petitioner in W.P.No.13904 of 2017 and the next renewal has been fixed for June 2018 & June 2019 respectively. In the meanwhile, the petitioner in W.P.No.13903 of 2017 was also issued twice the interview cards from the office of the third respondent. Therefore, the grievance of the petitioners is that since they are at the verge of becoming overaged, a direction may be given to the third respondent to take care to issue the interview cards to them, by considering their representation.
2. But this Court may not be in a position to give any such direction. The reason is that when the petitioner in W.P.No.13903 of 2017 has admitted that he was issued twice the interview card by the third respondent, the third respondent, as per the seniority and qualification, will consider the case of the petitioners for sponsorship as and when any vacancy arises or as and when any request/representation is made to the third respondent by any office in this regard. Therefore, this Court is not able to find any merit in the writ petitions. Accordingly, the writ petitions fail and they are dismissed. No costs.
