(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) CMP.No.7937 of 2023 has been filed by the proposed parties to implead themselves as the respondents 46 to 62 in WA.No.2641 of 2022. CMP.No.7957 of 2023 has been filed by the proposed parties to implead themselves as the respondents 14 to 59 in WA.No.164 of 2023. CMP.No.7954 of 2023 has been filed by the proposed parties to implead themselves as the respondents 8 to 57 in WA.No.728 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners/ proposed parties are the students, who have obtained PG Diploma in Environmental Sanitation Science (Sanitary Inspector Court from Madurai Kamaraj University through WASH Institute and they are identically situated persons as that of the private respondents in the writ appeals. According to the learned counsel, the writ petitions filed by the petitioners herein, were allowed by the order dated 10.08.2022 passed in WP.No.31501 of 2019 etc. batch, which is under challenge in these writ appeals; and that, any order passed in the writ appeals would affect the interest of the petitioners; and therefore, they filed the present impleading petitions.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents has no serious objection for ordering these petitions. 4.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, these petitions are ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the writ appeals.
