This petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition that the petitioner should report before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation in Crl.O.P.No.3579 of 2023 dated 16.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions regularly.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court while granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner had directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police every Wednesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months. The petitioner appeared and report before the respondent police twice. However, the respondent had harassed the petitioner and prevented him from complying with the conditions. He would further submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kallakurichi.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate II, Kallakurichi on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 19.04.2023 jas https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
