O R D E R

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent himself has no objection for transferring the HMOP filed by him on the file of the Sub Court, Ponneri to the file of the Sub Court, Arakonam, within whose jurisdiction the petitioner resides, provided a direction to the transferee Court is issued for the disposal of the HMOP within the time to be fixed by this Court. An endorsement to that effect has been made.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is also agreeable for incorporating a direction in the order for the disposal of the HMOP within a time to be fixed by this Court.

3. Endorsement is recorded and the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner is also taken into consideration. Accordingly, the petition is allowed and HMOP.No.70 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of the Sub Court, Ponneri and transferred to the file of the Sub Court, Arakonam for disposal https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

according to law. The learned Sub Judge, Arakonam shall dispose of the HMOP within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the records from the Sub Court, Ponneri. No costs.
