C.M.P.No.2250 of 2024 in S.A.No.139 of 2012 G.ARUL MURUGAN , J., It is reported that in the Second Appeal, the sole appellant died on 07.12.2021.

2.The above petition has been filed to substitute the petitioners' as legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant.

3. The learned counsel for the respondents have no objection to allow these petitions.

4. Perused the affidavit in support of the petition and satisfied with the reasons stated therein. Accordingly, this CMP is ordered as prayed for.

5.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment.
