The present Contempt Petition moved against the non implementation of the order of this Court dated 28.11.2018 passed in Crl.O.P.No.27705 of 2018.

and a charge sheet has been laid on 23.04.2019, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Poonamallee and the same has been taken on file in Cr.No.48 of 2019. In view of this no further orders can be passed in this Contempt Petition.
