C.M.P.No.9298 of 2024 in S.A.SR.No.98148 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

The petitioner, who is in Central Prison, Trichy in connection with Crl.A.No.477 of 2018 has filed this petition for condoning the delay of 213 days in representing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The affidavit was attested by the Jailor of the Central Prison, Trichy, to show that the petitioner is in Judicial Custody from February 2022 till the date of filing of the affidavit.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
