Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the entire records pertaining to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.692/A1/2014 dated 31.07.2014 on the file of the 4th respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to pay the special allowance of Rs.750/- per month to the petitioner from 16.08.2010 the date on which he was promoted as B.T.Assistant with all consequential benefits within a time limit that may be specified by this Court.
