Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the 1st respondent to attach the salary of the 2nd respondent as per order in CMP No.1006 of 2009 in MC No.4 of 2004 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Harur, Dharmapuri District.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to attach the Salary of the 2nd respondent as per the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Harur in CMP No.1006 of 2009 in M.C.No.4 of 2004.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the Court below passed an order of attachment of the salary of the 2nd respondent to an extent of Rs.45,750/- and in spite of the same, the 1st respondent has failed to attach the salary and make the payment to the petitioner.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that the order passed by Page numbers https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Court below has been complied with and the amount is kept ready and the petitioner is yet to approach the respondent to collect the amount.

4.In view of the above development, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to go to the office of the 1st respondent to collect the amount of Rs.45,750/- 5.This Criminal original petition is disposed of accordingly.
