(The case has been heard through video conference) According to the petitioner, she purchased the property from one R.Kanag. Earlier patta was granted in favour of her vendor. Therefore the petitioner filed an application to transfer the patta in her name. Even though the patta was transferred in the name of the petitioner by an order dated 06.02.2021, so far the same was not updated in the computerized patta. Hence the petitioner made a representation dated 24.03.2021 to the respondents 1 to 3, but so far no orders have been passed, hence she filed the present writ petition.
