ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for an early disposal of her appeals, dated 18.05.2023,

07.07.2025 and 04.08.2025 pending on the file of the respondent.

2. Aggrieved by the order of the Tahsildar, dated 20.07.2021, the petitioner has preferred the aforesaid appeals dated 18.05.2023, 07.07.2025 and 04.08.2025 before the respondent. Since the said appeals were not disposed of till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.D.Ravichander, learned Special Government Pleader, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

4. No prejudice would be caused to the respondent, if a direction is issued to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeals, dated 18.05.2023, 07.07.2025 and 04.08.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the third parties, whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court, by adhering to the principles of natural justice. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's appeals, dated 18.05.2023, 07.07.2025 and 04.08.2025.

5. For the foregoing reasons, this Court directs the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's appeals, dated 18.05.2023, 07.07.2025 and 04.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the objections, if any, from the

third parties, whom the respondent deems it fit to enquire, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by adhering to the principles of natural justice.

6. With the aforesaid direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
