ORDER

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to direct the first respondent to pass final orders in the statutory appeal preferred by the petitioner on 09-06-2015 within a time frame and till such time, the order dated 28-04-2015 passed by the second respondent shall be kept in abeyance.

With consent, the main writ petition itslef is taken up for final disposal.

In view of the narrow prayer made, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the statutory appeal dated 09-06-2015, preferred against the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate order dated 28-04-2015, passed by the second respondent ordering recovery of a sum of Rs.2,32,310/-(Rupees Two lakhs thirty two thousand three hundred ten only) within a period of six weeks, from today. No costs.
