accordance with law.
2.Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that originally the suit has been filed before the Sub-Court, Chengalpet and the same was taken on file as O.S.No.108 of 2006. Thereafter, the suit has been transferred to the Sub-Court, Tambaram and renumbered as O.S.No.79 of 2008. So the suit has been pending for the past nine years. Therefore, he prayed for early disposal of the suit.
3.Considering the limited nature of the relief as sought for herein, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner and on perusal of the typed set of papers, originally, the suit was filed before the Sub-Court, Chengalpet and the same was taken on file as O.S.No.108 of 2006 and subsequently, it was transferred to the Sub-Court, Tambaram and renumbered as O.S.No.79 of 2008.
