(Crime Number 01 of 2019) Prayer: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure praying to relax the condition imposed on the Petitioner dated 13.03.2020 in Crl.M.P.No. 3241 of 2020 that the petitioner report before the Respondent Police twice a week i.e. on everyday Monday and Friday at 10.30 AM until further orders on the file of this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 3241 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020 that the petitioner report before the respondent Police twice a week i.e. on everyday Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
2. The counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.3241 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020, the petitioner has been complying with the conditions and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition imposed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No. 3241 of 2020 dated 13.03.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to provide his mobile number to the respondent police and report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
