It is stated that the 1st respondent alone is a contesting party and the others are only purchasers from the 1st respondent. Hence, notice to them is dispensed with for the present.

2.Considering the fact that the appeal is against the preliminary decree for partition, there will be a stay of passing of final decree alone until further orders.
