This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents 3 and 4 herein to forthwith settle the retirement benefits i.e.the Gratuity, Earn Leave Salary, Security Deposit , Bonus for 2022- 23, etc. to the petitioner by Considering his Representation dated 24.03.2025.

ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 3 and 4 to settle the retirement benefits of the petitioner, such as gratuity, earn leave salary, security deposit, bonus for the year 2022-2023, etc., by considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.03.2025.
2. The case of the petitioner is that he was appointed as a PDS Salesman in the fourth respondent Society and has rendered 35 years of unblemished
service. On 15.07.2023, the fourth respondent forwarded a proposal to the second respondent stating that since no criminal case or dues were pending against the petitioner, he may be permitted to retire from service. Accordingly, the petitioner was permitted to retire from service on 31.07.2023. However, the retirement benefits have not been disbursed to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 24.03.2025. Despite the same, the respondents have failed to settle the terminal benefits. Hence, the present petition.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the terminal benefits would be disbursed to the petitioner in three instalments.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has no objection to such disbursement being made in three instalments.
5. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to disburse the terminal benefits, namely, gratuity, earned leave salary, security deposit, bonus for the year 2022-2023, etc., to the petitioner within a period of three months, in three instalments, commencing from April 2026.
