The Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to allow the Civil Revision Petition and set aside order and decretal order dated 29.04.2016 passed in I.A.No.818 of 2015 in H.M.O.P.No.82 of 2014 by the Sub Judge, Kancheepuram or in the interest of justice modify the order with visitation order which is a non custodial privilege of spending time with a child who is living with his mother.
