(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded judicial custody on 18.05.2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 8 (c), 20(b)(ii)(c), 29(i), 353 of NDPS Act r/w Sections 353, 332 and 307 of IPC, seeks bail.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
