This petition has been filed to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 20.10.2015 and 08.03.2016.

2. No representation for the petitioner. Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State and perused the records.

3. On the complaint dated 20.10.2015 given by the petitioner, the second respondent police are conducting enquiry in CSR No.357 of 2015. It is seen that the petitioner has also given a fresh complaint dated 08.03.2016 to the Superintendent of Police.

4. When the matter was taken up today, Ms.A.Savithri, Sub Inspector of Police, Arumbavur Police Station, Perambalur was present.

Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is not co-operating in the enquiry.

5. Under such circumstances, the petitioner is directed to co-operate in the enquiry and the second respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and either file Final Report or close the case with due intimation to the petitioner.
