ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Section 174 Cr.P.C and Sections 336, 352, 354, 306 of IPC r/w Section 4 of TNWH Act, in Crime No.912 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is a sole accused. When the deceased was going to the hospital, she was compelled by the petitioner who is being the neighbour of the deceased to sit in the bike to drop her in the hospital. The petitioner diverted the route instead of going to the hospital and proceeded somewhere. Therefore, the deceased jumped from the motor cycle. Thereafter, the petitioner assaulted the deceased in front of all the general public and instigated the deceased to commit suicide. Immediately, thereafter the deceased committed suicide by pouring kerosene on her own. Hence, the complaint.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence. Hence, he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the investigation is not yet completed and if the petitioner is granted anticipatory bail, there is a possibility that he will tamper the witnesses and hamper the investigation and hence he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is essential. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
