(Order of the Court was made by R.Mahadevan, J.) This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants to substitute the respondents herein on record as the legal representatives of the deceased respondent in the above writ appeal.

2. Mr.Venkataramani, learned Senior Counsel, who appeared for the respondent/writ petitioner before the learned Judge, submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
