produce the corpus of the petitioner's minor daughter namely Preethi, aged about 16 years, before this Court and set her at liberty from the illegal custody of the respondents 4 and 5.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S. RAMESH, J.) When the petitioner's minor daughter had gone missing, her complaint in this regard, to the jurisdictional police, came to be registered in F.I.R. No.15 of 2025 on 13.03.2025 under the caption 'girl missing'. Since there was no further progress in the petitioner's complaint, she has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Today, when the matter was called, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the respondent Police had secured the petitioner's daughter and produced her before this Court.

3. When we had interacted with the minor girl, she expressed that she intends to live with her parents. The parents were also present before this Court and reiterated that they would take care of their minor daughter.

4. Since the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. No costs.
