ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 25.07.2019 and 26.07.2019 for recognizing the services of Insurance Claims (Private) Investigator, to regulate their qualifications, empanelment norms, nature of duties and fees structure within a reasonable time to be fixed by this Court.

2. A counter affidavit has been filed by the first respondent, wherein in paragraph 26, they have stated that the petitioner's representations has been duly considered and his request for recognition of the services of Insurance claims (Private) Investigator has been rejected by the first respondent, since the surveyors are already there to do the said job.

3. The representations of the petitioner having already been considered by the first respondent and final orders passed on 23.10.2019, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has been achieved. If aggrieved by the order dated 23.10.2019 passed by the first respondent, the only remedy available to the petitioner is to challenge the same in accordance with law.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner, if so aggrieved to challenge the order dated 23.10.2019 in accordance with law. No costs.
