These petitions have been filed to condone the delay of 251 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeals. 2.Though notice was served on the respondents 1 and 3 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation on behalf of them either in person or through counsel.

3.Mr.D.Bhaskaran, learned counsel takes notice for the second respondent, Mr.C.R.Krishnamoorthy, learned counsel takes notice for the fourth respondent and submitted that the respondents 2 & 4 have no objection in ordering these petitions.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondents 2 & 4.

5.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 251 days respectively is condoned and these petitions are ordered. It is made clear that the petitioner/appellant is not entitled for any interest for the compensation amount enhanced, if any, in the appeal.
