ASHA, J, This application is filed by the legal representatives of the deceased Maragathavalli, the appellant in C.M.A.No.2138 of 2016, wherein this Court by order dated 13.07.2018 directed the 3rd respondent to release the Sale Deed which was still not released.

Considering the fact that they are the legal representatives now inherited the property of the deceased. This Sub Application is allowed as prayed for.
