This application has been conducted to grant leave to sue against the respondents/defendants who were residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has been initiated on the strength of the unregistered sale agreement between the plaintiff and the father of D1 to D3.

3. The suit schedule property which is the subject matter of the aforesaid sale agreement is situated within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. In such circumstances, leave is granted and the Application is ordered as prayed for. Registry is directed to number the suit, if it is otherwise in order.
