O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to extend the time for execution of bail bond in Crl.O.P.No.8993 of 2020, dated 19.06.2020. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the order was granted in Crl.O.P.No.8993 of 2020, dated 19.06.2020, with a direction to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Magistrate Court within a period of two weeks, the order was uploaded in the web only on 29.06.2020. From 29.06.2020, within two weeks, the petitioners have surrendered before the learned Magistrate on 06.07.2020. However, the learned Magistrate stated that it is beyond time limit and had returned the surrender. Thereby, the present petition has been filed seeking for extension of time.

In view of the above submissions, the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8993 of 2020, dated 19.06.2020, is extended further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
