Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order directing the Respondent to pay Rs.27,30,215/- (Rupees Twenty Seven lakhs Thirty Thousand Two Hundred fifteen only) being the amount payable by the Respondent to the Applicant as per the statement of accounts sent to the Respondent which is also deemed to have been accepted by the Respondent.

A.No.1486 of 2020:

Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to grant an order directing the Respondent to furnish security to the extent of Rs.57,50,000/- (Rupees fifty Seven Lakhs fifty thousand only) to secure the amount to be awarded in favour of the Applicant and against the Respondent herein.

These Applications coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:

Application No.1485 of 2020 has been filed to grant an order directing the respondent to pay Rs.27,30,215/- (Rupees Twenty Seven Lakhs Thirty Thousand Two Hundred Fifteen only) being the amount payable by the respondent to the applicant as per the statement of accounts sent to the respondent, which is also deemed to have been accepted by the

respondent and Application No.1486 of 2020 has been filed to grant an order directing the respondent to furnish security to the extent of Rs.57,50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Seven Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) to secure the amount to be awarded in favour of the applicant and against the respondent herein.

2. Today, when these applications are taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted through video conferencing that these matters have been settled and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these applications.
