Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in Crl.O.P.No.444 of 2022 on 10.01.2022 in Cr.No.94 of 2020 on the file of the Respondent Police, by two weeks to enable him to furnish the sureties and to comply the said order at once.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.N.KUMANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.KISHORE KUMAR, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner on 10.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.444 of 2022 to comply with the conditions.
