This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.3 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.92 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30667 of 2024 order dated 08.01.2025 2.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.3 imposed in Crl.M.P.No.92 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.30667 of 2024 order dated 08.01.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police twice a month, viz., on first and third Monday, at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
