ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the order dated 06.07.2015 in I.A.No.575 of 2012 in I.A.No.390 of 2010 in O.S.No.702 of 2008 on the file of the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the first respondent, who is a party-in-person, submitted that the main suit itself has been dismissed for default and therefore nothing survives for further adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition.

3. Recording the said submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
