This application has been filed seeking amendment of the plaint by substituting M/s.Dark House Portfolio Investment Limited as the second plaintiff, since the second plaintiff has merged with the said Company by virtue of an order passed by this Court in CP Nos.345 and 346 of 2014.

2. Considering the fact that the amendment is only consequential in nature, this application is allowed. The death of the first plaintiff is placed on record. Counsel for the plaintiffs is permitted to carry out the amendment and file amended copy of the plaint by 02.08.2021.
