O R D E R

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the case, to take appropriate criminal action against the accused persons based on the petitioner's complaint dated 10.06.2016 in CSR No.114 of 2016 and to file a final report in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that, on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted by the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ennore and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the same was closed on 14.06.2016. A copy of the Closure Report is served to the learned counsel for the petitioner, across the bar.

Recording the same, this petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner, to work out his remedies in the manner known to law.
