Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to finalise the admission list for MBBS/BDS courses in Tamil Nadu only after removing the names of candidates who have produced fake nativity certificate of State of Tamil Nadu and obtained MBBS/BDS seats for the year 2017 and consequently direct to prepare the proper list from and out of the list of the remaining eligible candidates.
