ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction directing the respondent police to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.03.2020. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint on 21.03.2020 before the respondent police alleging that one Chennamma, Ravi and Radhakrishnan of Singiripalli Village demolished his house in D.No.3/531. But till now, no action taken by the respondent. Hence, he prayed to register his complaint.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submits that enquiry was conducted on the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 21.03.2020 and the same was closed on 30.04.2020.

Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
