The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition. He further prays this Court to grant liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh appropriate petition.

Considering the request made by the petitioner's counsel, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout his remedy by filing a appropriate petition for quashing the charge sheet filed against him. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
