This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30am until further orders imposed in para no.7(b) of the order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.OP.No.4446 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025 in Crime No. 18 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30am until further orders imposed in para no.7(b) in Crl.OP.No.4446 of 2025 dated 20.02.2025, is relaxed. 4.
