O R D E R

The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to consider the representation dated 02.06.2017 and grant permission to the petitioner in order to conduct the cultural and adventure programme which is scheduled to be held on 07.06.2017 and in future date also in Sri Kuntti Mariyamman Temple, Kammakrishnapalli Village, Karumpur Post, Ambur Taluk, Vellore District - 635 811.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that inspite of the representation being given to the respondents on 02.06.2017 for conducting cultural programme in the Temple on 07.06.2017, the respondent has not passed orders till today.

3.A Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(MD).No.3773 of 2017 by order dated 03.03.2017 in similar circumstances directed the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same.

4.Following the order passed by the Division Bench, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 02.06.2017 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, today itself.

5.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
