This petition has been filed to quash the F.I.R.No.1545 of 2017 on the file of the respondent Police filed against the petitioners for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 188 and 353 of I.P.C.

2.This Court in Crl.O.P.No.24173 of 2017 by Order dated 09.02.2018 in a petition filed by A2, this Court has held that there is no element to attract the offence under Section 353 and also taking note of the complaint procedure for the offence under Section 188 and there is no unlawful assembly and quashed the F.I.R. No.1545 of 2017 dated 11.10.2017. In such view of the matter, as the F.I.R. itself is quashed by the earlier order of this Court, the same order will benefit these petitioners also.
