O R D E R

The petitioners who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 397 of IPC in Crime No.1197 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail. 2 The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners along with other accused persons have robbed two wheeler from the defacto complaint at knife point. Hence, the complaint. 3 The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners were falsely implicated in this case. He further submitted that earlier bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.8799 of 2020 was dismissed by this Court on 23.06.2020. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4 The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that there are totally six accused persons, in which, the petitioners are arrayed as accused 4 & 6 and other accused persons have arrested and remanded to judicial custody. He further submitted that they have robbed two wheeler at knife point. Hence, he opposed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

5. Considering the nature of allegations and there is no change of circumstances, this Court is not inclined to grant Anticipatory Bail to the petitioners. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
