(Order of the Court was made by R. SURESH KUMAR, J.) This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the issuance of notice to the respondents 10 to 21 and to permit the petitioner / appellant to proceed with the appeal.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the respondents 10 to 21 are not the main contesting respondents against whom no relief has been sought for.

Therefore, the learned counsel for the petitioner wants to give up those respondents.

3. Recording the said submission, the respondents 10 to 21 are removed from the array of parties in the proposed main writ appeal.

4. To that extent, the present petition is ordered.

5. Registry is directed to number the appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
