2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants, and learned counsel for the respondents, and perused the material available in the record.
3. On being satisfied with the averments stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and the submissions made by the learned counsel on either sides, the aboveS.A.SR.No.58589 of 2017 is condoned.
4. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous petition is allowed.
