ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a Page No.1 of 4
period of two weeks and thereafter every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29990 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in paragraph no.8(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29990 of 2024 dated 12.12.2024 is relaxed.
